Fitness 2.0

FITNESS 2.0 | Community Health & Personal Branding (Pro Bono)
Context: Fitness 2.0 was a grassroots sports project launched in 2016. Based on the philosophy “The starting point is Zero,” the initiative offered free fitness coaching in city parks to lower the barrier for health and wellness. I acted as the lead coach, organizing sessions at the end of the day to bring friends and family together in a high-energy, outdoor environment.
Intangible Assets
Brand Philosophy: Developed the “Fitness 2.0” concept and the “The starting point is Zero” mantra to inspire beginners.
Community Leadership: Acting as coach and organizer, managing the group’s schedule and motivational framework.
Digital Assets
Logotype Design: Creation of the low-poly heart icon, symbolizing health, vitality, and modern structure.
Social Media Presence: Establishment and management of a dedicated Facebook group to coordinate meetups and maintain community engagement.
Physical Assets
On-site Coaching: Direct delivery of technical fitness training and motivation in public park spaces.
The Result: The project ran successfully for two seasons before ending naturally. More importantly, the impact was permanent: the majority of participants successfully bridged the gap to a healthier life and maintained a more active lifestyle long after the organized sessions concluded. This project stands as proof that a well-structured brand and community can induce lasting positive change.
